Still Fabulous is a thrift shop, operated by the volunteers of the Auxiliary to BC Children’s Hospital & Auxiliary to BC Women’s Hospital — designed to raise funds for patient support services, programs, and equipment in both hospitals. The concept for the poster was based on the iconic imagery of Audrey Hepburn and her black sunglasses in Breakfast at Tiffany's, which reflected an air of sophistication and mystery throughout the movie. The illustration of the sunglasses also depict the fun of discovering the many items that can be found at the shop.
